the company name suggests, Metal Gaskets S.r.l.
specializes
in the production of metal gaskets.
The most outstanding item of the company's
production
range is the Ring Joint (R.J.) which is
manufactured
in accordance with ANSi B16.20 and API Std 6a
standards
using special numerical control
machinery.
The materials used are: soft iron, low carbon
steel,
AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI 316, AISI 316L, AISI 347,
F5, F5l, INCOLOY 825, INCONEL 600, MONEL 400,
copper,
brass and other materials on request. |

The
R.J. are available either oval or octagonal
shape.Our
production range also includes BX and RX type
gaskets
which are manufactured using the same materials
as the
R.J.

a result of through and constant research, our
company
is now equipped to programme and produce seats
for ball
valves that have already met with considerable
success.
The seat consists of a shaped steel ring
(usually made
of ASTM A182 F316, A105, F6) and a seal,
inserted into
the steel, made according to the type of fluid, the
working temperature and pressure (usually PTFE,
SINVEX
SMX, NYLON, PEEK). |

We
produce lenticular gaskets in various types of
material
(as listed previously) including grade 316 urea
which
is of particular importance. |
Other
items in our production range include
trapezoidal gaskets
that are used in sluice valves. The most frequently
materials are: AISI 316L and silver-plated soft
iron.
(The silver-plating is carried out on request).
